About Memory Notes

Last updated November 3, 2026

Memory Notes (memohoney.blog) is an independent editorial site about everyday memory, focus and brain health after 50. We write plain-English guides to the questions readers search for, from honey and memory to bacopa, ginkgo and brain fog, and we try to separate what research supports from what marketing claims. Our articles also explain when forgetfulness deserves a doctor’s visit rather than a supplement.

Who writes here

Memory Notes is written by a small independent editorial team. We are not doctors and we don’t present ourselves as medical experts. Our job is to turn general, widely accepted health information into plain English, and to say clearly where the evidence is thin or missing.

How we write

  • We stick to general, consensus information and avoid numbers or studies we can’t stand behind.
  • We don’t publish testimonials, before-and-after photos or promises of results.
  • Every article tells you when to talk to a doctor and which readers should be especially careful.
  • We update pages when something changes. If you spot a mistake, tell us.

How this site is funded

This site features one product, MemoHoney, and earns a commission when a reader buys it through our links. The product sits in one clearly labeled box per page, and every box says who should skip it. Details are on our Affiliate Disclosure page.

Memory Notes publishes general information, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a health condition. New or worsening memory changes deserve a doctor’s visit, and memory supplements can interact with prescription medications.
