Memory Notes is an informational website. We keep the data we touch as close to zero as we can.

What we don’t collect

  • No accounts, logins or user profiles.
  • No forms asking for your name, address, phone number or date of birth.
  • No payment details. Purchases happen on the official store’s own checkout.
  • No selling, renting or trading of personal information. There is nothing to sell.

Analytics and cookies

This site runs no analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or tracking scripts, and it sets no cookies of its own. Pages are served with a “no-referrer” policy, so sites you visit from here aren’t told which page you came from.

Server logs

Like any website, this one is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to keep the site running and to detect abuse.

Leaving this site

If you click a purchase link, you go to the official checkout and its affiliate network, which may set cookies to record the referral. Their privacy policy applies there, not ours.

If you email us

We keep your message and address only as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the exchange. We don’t add you to any mailing list.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal data a site holds about you. Since we hold almost none, such a request is usually answered quickly. Write to support@memohoney.blog.

Children

This site is written for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Calm, plain-English guides to everyday memory, focus and the supplements people ask about.

Memory Notes publishes general information, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a health condition. New or worsening memory changes deserve a doctor’s visit, and memory supplements can interact with prescription medications.
